Real Estate CRM the team actually opens before showings.
Follow Up Boss and KvCORE are great at lead nurture. Neither shows you the production floor — GCI under contract this month, who's sitting on aged listings, which sphere contact hasn't been touched in 90 days. Ahmeego does. Live demo at realty.ahmeego.com.
The KPIs that actually run a real estate floor
These aren't custom fields. They're the columns that already exist when you open your real estate demo:
- GCI under contract · MTD — The number every broker actually opens the meeting with.
- Listings · Active vs Pending vs Closed — Single view, agent rollup, age-in-status badges.
- Buyers · Under Contract — Stage-by-stage with close-date risk flags.
- Sphere · 90-day silent — Database health. Who hasn't been touched.
- Realtor partners · referral rollup — Who you co-list with, who sends you deals.
- Showings logged · last 7 days — Activity, by agent, with weekly trend.
What's built in (no custom-objects required)
Listings & buyers, side by side
Active, pending, closed — with days-in-status, price changes, and the agent on title. Buyers tracked through contract, inspection, financing, closing.
Sphere database health
90-day silent flags. Birthday / anniversary surfacing. "Past clients you haven't spoken to" is a card on the floor view.
GCI rollup that matches your CDA
We model your commission split — team lead, brokerage take, transaction fee. The number on the screen is the number on the check.
AI coaching for real estate
My Day surfaces stalling buyers, listings with no showings, sphere contacts due. Coach's Pick names the one rep who needs a 15-minute conversation today.
Mobile-first for showings
Three-tap activity log on the phone between showings. Click-to-call uses a local-presence number, not your cell.
You own the data
CSV export any time. Cloudflare D1 + nightly IPFS archive. No 12-month export gating like FUB.
Why generic / adjacent tools fall short for real estate sales
We don't think these tools are bad — many are excellent at what they do. They just don't show the production picture a floor manager needs at 9 a.m.
| Tool | Where it leaves a gap for real estate teams |
|---|---|
| Follow Up Boss | Built for lead nurture and ISA workflows. Doesn't roll up GCI under contract, doesn't surface aged listings, doesn't coach managers daily. Read the full FUB comparison. |
| KvCORE | IDX-heavy and built around the website lead. Production reporting requires Sisu or a separate BI tool. No daily AI coaching. |
| Wise Agent | Email automation and drip-strong, weak on team production rollup and listings management for floor managers. |
| Salesforce / HubSpot | 60–180 day implementation. No native MLS concepts. Excellent for an enterprise; overkill for a 5–30 agent team. |
| Sisu (on top of FUB/KvCORE) | Solves the rollup problem but is a separate $499–$1,499/mo bolt-on. You're paying for two tools. |

Frequently asked questions — Real Estate
Does Ahmeego integrate with my MLS?
We don't pull MLS feeds directly (that's an IDX vendor's job). We import listings via your existing source (FUB export, dotloop, transaction management) and let agents log new listings via form. The point isn't replacing your MLS view — it's rolling up the team's production.
Can I migrate from Follow Up Boss?
Yes. We do a one-time CSV or API import (contacts, deals, notes, activities) as part of the 14-day build. Most teams keep FUB live for 30 days as a fallback, then sunset.
What about transaction management (dotloop, SkySlope, Brokermint)?
Ahmeego sits one layer up — at the production-floor view. We don't replace dotloop; we surface the deals that are sitting in dotloop on the floor view. Most teams keep their TM and add Ahmeego on top.
How do you handle GCI splits?
During the 14-day build we model your CDA: team-lead split, brokerage take, transaction fee, referral fee. Every deal flows through that model so the GCI you see is the GCI you actually keep.
Do you support recruiting (agent recruiting pipeline)?
Yes — but only on the insurance demo by default. For real estate, we hide the recruiting sidebar item to keep the focus on production. If your team also recruits, we turn it on during build.
Is the dashboard secure for client PII?
Yes. Cloudflare D1 (SOC2 inherited), row-level access control by agent/team, audit log of every read/write, and you can require SSO. Sample-data demos hold no real PII.
Prefer a 20-minute call?
If a form feels heavy, book a quick call with John instead. We'll talk through what you'd track, your team size, and whether this is a fit — no pitch.
