How we priced this — the actual math
Cloudflare hosting cost runs $0–$10 per month per tenant at typical scale because the tracker runs on Cloudflare Workers (free tier covers ~10M requests/day) and D1 SQLite (free tier covers 5GB and ~5M reads/day). At 100 reps actively using a tenant, we still rarely hit paid-tier usage.
Anthropic Claude API costs $5–$30 per month per tenant for the My Day, Coach's Pick, and Stand-up Script generation. Each AI call is small (under 2,000 tokens) and triggers on a cron schedule, not per-page-view.
The remaining $100–$550/month covers labor: monitoring, on-call response, small ongoing customizations, account management, and the relationship. That's the part that doesn't scale automatically — and that's what you're really paying for.
We could charge per-seat like HubSpot or Salesforce do. We don't, because the marginal cost of adding a seat is genuinely zero on Cloudflare, and we'd rather a 50-rep team run all 50 reps on the tracker (catching real issues, growing the value) than have them ration seats and miss data.

Are there per-seat fees?
No. Unlimited seats are included in every plan. A 5-rep team and a 50-rep team pay the same monthly fee within the same tier.
What does the monthly fee actually pay for?
Cloudflare hosting is under $10/mo. Claude API is $5–$30/mo. The remaining $100–$550/mo covers labor — monitoring, on-call response, small ongoing customizations, account management, and the relationship.
Is there a contract?
No long-term contract. Month-to-month with 30 days notice to cancel. Setup fees are non-refundable once configuration begins. Monthly fee is fully cancelable.
What's NOT included in the monthly fee?
Major new integrations beyond initial scope are quoted separately and one-time. Examples: a brand-new CRM API connection, a brand-new lead-form schema, a vertical we'd build from scratch. We tell you the cost before any work begins. Routine ongoing customizations and bug fixes are included.
Can I export my data if I cancel?
Yes. Your D1 database is fully exportable as a SQLite file on request. The export includes every member, message, parsed signal, and metric. We do not hold customer data hostage. Standard B2B SaaS vendor lock-in does not apply here.
Do you offer discounts for annual billing?
Yes — 10% off the monthly rate for annual prepay. Standard at $250/mo becomes $2,700/year (vs $3,000 month-to-month). Multi-rooftop discounts negotiated case-by-case.
Do you offer non-profit, education, or agency-reseller pricing?
Yes for non-profit and education (typically 25% off). Agency-reseller arrangements are case-by-case — typically a flat-fee per-client setup credit + revenue share. Email us via the intake form.
What if I want to switch tiers later?
Tier upgrades are seamless — we just bump the monthly rate at the start of the next billing cycle. Downgrades are also fine; if you no longer need Multi-rooftop features, we'll move you to Standard. No fee either direction.
