Buddy 5.3 — Reliability, Speed, and Straight Answers

Your first message always gets through. If the live connection is slow to open, Buddy now
waits properly and falls back to a second route instead of silently dropping the message. A handful of new
users had hit this and never got a reply.

No more confirm loops. When you approve a plan, Buddy executes it — even if you approve in
a language other than English, and even if the plan was described in prose rather than formally staged. It
will not ask you to confirm the same work twice.

Buddy replies in your language. Short messages like "ok" or "confirm" no longer snap the
conversation back to English.

Long conversations got much cheaper. Stale account-data snapshots are no longer resent with
every message, and repeated context is now cached between turns. Long-running threads cost a fraction of
what they did.

"Connected" now means connected. If Google Ads accepts your login but refuses the actual
data requests, Buddy says so in one sentence and offers to reconnect — instead of presenting an analysis
built on nothing.

Credit warnings before the work starts. With a low balance, Buddy sizes the plan to what
your credits can finish rather than stranding you halfway through a build.

Chat history syncs cleanly. Retired a legacy sync path that truncated messages and
re-imported them as duplicates.

Buddy learns from real sessions. Lessons from weekly reviews are now compiled into
operating rules Buddy follows in every conversation.
