Trademark Notice
AHMEEGO™ is a trademark of It All Started With A Idea LLC, an Arizona limited liability company. The AHMEEGO platform was previously published at googleadsagent.ai and is now served at ahmeego.com. The legacy domain permanently 301-redirects to the new canonical host.
1. Our marks
The following marks are owned by It All Started With A Idea LLC:
- AHMEEGO™ — wordmark, used in connection with AI-powered Google Ads automation software, related tools, and the consumer platform at ahmeego.com.
- AHMEEGO orange-orb logo — design mark consisting of the AHMEEGO wordmark in solid orange (Pantone-equivalent #f0a830) accompanied by a circular radial-gradient orb in matching orange.
- Buddy — product name for the AI agent within the AHMEEGO platform. Source code is © It All Started With A Idea LLC. The orchestration mechanism is patent-pending.
- It All Started With A Idea — parent agency wordmark and corporate identity.
Common-law rights in these marks are claimed based on continuous use in commerce. Federal trademark registration with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) is pending. ™ denotes a claim of common-law trademark rights; ® will be used only after federal registration certificates issue.
2. Third-party marks (nominative use)
AHMEEGO references the following third-party trademarks descriptively (nominative fair use) to identify the platforms and products it integrates with or automates. AHMEEGO does not own these marks and does not claim any rights in them:
- Google, Google Ads, Google Ads API, Google Cloud, Gemini, and the Google logo are trademarks of Google LLC.
- Claude, Anthropic, and the Anthropic logo are trademarks of Anthropic PBC.
- OpenAI, GPT, and ChatGPT are trademarks of OpenAI, Inc.
- Cloudflare, Workers, Pages, R2, D1, and KV are trademarks of Cloudflare, Inc.
- Meta, Facebook, and Instagram are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc.
- Microsoft, Bing, and Microsoft Ads are trademarks of Microsoft Corporation.
- Amazon, Amazon Ads, and the Amazon logo are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc.
- Reddit is a trademark of Reddit, Inc.
- LinkedIn is a trademark of LinkedIn Corporation (a Microsoft company).
- X (formerly Twitter) is a trademark of X Corp.
- YouTube is a trademark of Google LLC.
3. Disclaimer of affiliation
AHMEEGO is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC, Anthropic PBC, OpenAI, Meta Platforms, Microsoft, Amazon, Cloudflare, or any other third party whose marks appear on this site.
AHMEEGO is an independent platform built by It All Started With A Idea LLC. Where we reference third-party platforms, products, or services (such as “Google Ads automation,” “Google Ads API agent,” or “Claude-powered”), we do so descriptively to accurately identify the systems AHMEEGO integrates with — never to imply ownership, partnership, certification, or endorsement unless explicitly stated and accompanied by an official partner badge.
4. Google Partner status
John Williams is a verified Google Ads developer (Google Ads API). Where the AHMEEGO platform displays a Google Partner or Google Cloud Partner badge, that badge represents a real verified relationship issued by Google LLC and is used in compliance with the Google Partner brand guidelines. The badge does not extend to AHMEEGO as a corporate entity beyond the scope Google has explicitly authorized.
5. Permitted uses of the AHMEEGO marks by third parties
You may use the AHMEEGO marks without prior written permission only in the following limited ways:
- Editorial, news, or review references that accurately describe AHMEEGO, its products, or its services.
- Hyperlinks back to ahmeego.com using the AHMEEGO name in plain text.
- Customer testimonials in which the customer accurately identifies AHMEEGO as the product or service used.
All other uses require prior written permission from It All Started With A Idea LLC. Specifically prohibited without permission:
- Using the AHMEEGO marks (or confusingly similar variants) in your domain name, app name, social handle, business name, product name, or trademark application.
- Modifying the AHMEEGO logo, color, proportions, or arrangement.
- Implying partnership, sponsorship, certification, reseller, or affiliate status without a signed written agreement.
- Using the AHMEEGO marks in connection with adult content, illegal activity, deceptive practices, or anything that could harm AHMEEGO’s reputation.
6. Domain history
AHMEEGO was originally published at googleadsagent.ai. As part of a brand consolidation in 2026, the canonical domain became ahmeego.com. The legacy domain remains owned by It All Started With A Idea LLC and permanently 301-redirects to the corresponding path on ahmeego.com. ahmeego.ai is also owned by It All Started With A Idea LLC and 301-redirects to ahmeego.com.
7. Reporting infringement
If you become aware of unauthorized use, counterfeiting, dilution, or impersonation involving the AHMEEGO marks, please report it to [email protected]. Include URLs, screenshots, dates, and any context that helps us evaluate the report quickly.
