Copyright Notice
© 2026 It All Started With A Idea LLC. All rights reserved. All original content published on ahmeego.com — including written articles, course material, design assets, photographs, and proprietary application logic — is the copyrighted work of It All Started With A Idea LLC unless otherwise marked. Open-source software released by It All Started With A Idea LLC is additionally licensed under the terms stated in each repository (see Section 2 below).
1. What is covered
This copyright notice applies to all material published at ahmeego.com and the legacy host googleadsagent.ai that 301-redirects to it, including but not limited to:
- Written content — blog articles, tutorials, course modules, case studies, and documentation.
- Design assets — the AHMEEGO orange-orb logo, the AHMEEGO wordmark in stylized form, all page layouts, and the cohesive amber-on-dark visual identity.
- Application source code — including but not limited to the Buddy AI agent (Cloudflare Worker + Durable Object orchestration), the 250-Point Audit Engine, Ghost Writer, the Marketing Analytics Auditor, the Business Discovery Engine, ARGUS, and the Campaign Builder. Source code repositories carry their own per-repo LICENSE file that controls reuse rights; this notice does not override those licenses.
- Programmatic content — the 4M+ landing pages under /services/, /ecommerce/, and /companion/ are auto-generated from proprietary templates and per-vertical content libraries owned by It All Started With A Idea LLC.
- Audio / video — demos, walkthroughs, and tutorial recordings produced by It All Started With A Idea LLC.
2. Open-source software licensing
Several AHMEEGO components are released as open-source under the MIT License. The MIT License grants you broad rights to use, copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, sublicense, and sell copies of the software, subject to including the original copyright and license notice in all copies. Open-source AHMEEGO projects:
- google-ads-api-agent — Buddy’s web/Cloudflare distribution. MIT.
- google-ai-agent-audit-engine — the 250-Point Audit Engine. MIT.
- writing-agent — Ghost Writer. MIT.
- business-discovery-engine — lead discovery from public data. MIT.
- argus — ARGUS. MIT.
Important: The MIT License covers the source code only. It does not grant any rights in the AHMEEGO or Buddy trademarks, the orange-orb logo, the AHMEEGO wordmark style, or the AHMEEGO visual identity. See our Trademark Notice for the rules around brand reuse. The MIT License also does not grant a patent license for any patent-pending mechanism in the Buddy product; see Section 3 below.
3. Buddy patent-pending mechanism
The Buddy AI agent contains a patent-pending orchestration mechanism that is the subject of a provisional patent application filed by It All Started With A Idea LLC. The MIT License covering the source code does not grant any patent rights, license, or sublicense in the patent-pending mechanism. Specifically, the following are reserved:
- The orchestration architecture between the Cloudflare Worker, Durable Object, and Google Ads API layers.
- The sub-agent dispatch & consensus protocol used by Buddy’s six specialized agents (Auditor, Strategist, Builder, Optimizer, Reporter, Critic).
- The write-operation approval-gate workflow that ensures every Google Ads write call is human-approved before execution.
Reading the source code, running the source code locally, and integrating Buddy with your own Google Ads account is permitted and encouraged under the MIT License. Reimplementing the patent-pending mechanism in a competing product may infringe pending patent claims once they issue. If you intend to build a competing product on top of this code, contact [email protected] for licensing terms before public launch.
4. Third-party content
Where AHMEEGO incorporates third-party content, the original copyright remains with the original author and is used under the rights granted by the relevant license:
- Stock imagery — from royalty-free sources (Unsplash, Pexels) under their respective licenses, or licensed via Adobe Stock / Shutterstock.
- Web fonts — IBM Plex Sans (SIL OFL), JetBrains Mono (SIL OFL), Playfair Display (SIL OFL), Courier Prime (SIL OFL).
- Open-source libraries — React, Vite, Cloudflare Workers SDK, Anthropic SDK, Google Ads API SDK, and others, used under their respective open-source licenses (MIT, Apache 2.0, BSD).
- Embedded video — YouTube embeds remain copyrighted to their original creators; we embed under YouTube’s standard embed terms.
- User-submitted content — comments, reviews, or testimonials remain the copyright of their authors; by submitting, the author grants AHMEEGO a perpetual non-exclusive license to display, store, and excerpt the submission in connection with the AHMEEGO platform.
5. Permitted uses without prior permission
You may, without first asking us:
- Quote brief excerpts from AHMEEGO articles for editorial, news, review, criticism, teaching, scholarship, or research purposes (fair use under 17 U.S.C. § 107), provided you attribute the excerpt to AHMEEGO with a link to the original page.
- Link to any page on ahmeego.com using the page’s URL and plain-text title.
- Use, modify, and redistribute any AHMEEGO source code released under the MIT License, subject to the MIT License’s notice-retention requirement.
- Reference AHMEEGO content for AI retrieval with attribution per our /agents.json policy (Source: AHMEEGO (https://ahmeego.com)). Use of AHMEEGO content for AI training data is denied per robots.txt and the ai-train=no signal in ai-plugin.json.
6. Reservations
The following are NOT permitted without prior written permission from It All Started With A Idea LLC:
- Republishing entire AHMEEGO articles on a third-party site, including translations, paraphrases, or AI-generated summaries that substantially reproduce the original.
- Scraping pages at scale for ingestion into a competing dataset, training corpus, or knowledge base.
- Using AHMEEGO design assets, logos, wordmarks, or visual identity in your own product, marketing, or merchandise (see Trademark Notice).
- Reverse-engineering or copying proprietary application logic that is not under an open-source license — including the contents of private repositories, the /dashboard/ admin layer, the billing pipeline, internal training data for the Buddy agent, and the per-vertical content libraries that power the programmatic landing pages.
