Last updated: May 2, 2026

© 2026 It All Started With A Idea LLC. All rights reserved. All original content published on ahmeego.com — including written articles, course material, design assets, photographs, and proprietary application logic — is the copyrighted work of It All Started With A Idea LLC unless otherwise marked. Open-source software released by It All Started With A Idea LLC is additionally licensed under the terms stated in each repository (see Section 2 below).

1. What is covered

This copyright notice applies to all material published at ahmeego.com and the legacy host googleadsagent.ai that 301-redirects to it, including but not limited to:

2. Open-source software licensing

Several AHMEEGO components are released as open-source under the MIT License. The MIT License grants you broad rights to use, copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, sublicense, and sell copies of the software, subject to including the original copyright and license notice in all copies. Open-source AHMEEGO projects:

Important: The MIT License covers the source code only. It does not grant any rights in the AHMEEGO or Buddy trademarks, the orange-orb logo, the AHMEEGO wordmark style, or the AHMEEGO visual identity. See our Trademark Notice for the rules around brand reuse. The MIT License also does not grant a patent license for any patent-pending mechanism in the Buddy product; see Section 3 below.

3. Buddy patent-pending mechanism

The Buddy AI agent contains a patent-pending orchestration mechanism that is the subject of a provisional patent application filed by It All Started With A Idea LLC. The MIT License covering the source code does not grant any patent rights, license, or sublicense in the patent-pending mechanism. Specifically, the following are reserved:

Reading the source code, running the source code locally, and integrating Buddy with your own Google Ads account is permitted and encouraged under the MIT License. Reimplementing the patent-pending mechanism in a competing product may infringe pending patent claims once they issue. If you intend to build a competing product on top of this code, contact [email protected] for licensing terms before public launch.

4. Third-party content

Where AHMEEGO incorporates third-party content, the original copyright remains with the original author and is used under the rights granted by the relevant license:

5. Permitted uses without prior permission

You may, without first asking us:

6. Reservations

The following are NOT permitted without prior written permission from It All Started With A Idea LLC:

7. DMCA designated agent

If you believe content on ahmeego.com infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice to our designated agent:

Designated DMCA agent
John Williams
It All Started With A Idea LLC
Phoenix, Arizona
[email protected]

Your DMCA notice must include all of the following (17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)):

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or a representative list, for multiple works).
  3. Identification of the allegedly infringing material on AHMEEGO and information sufficient to locate it (URL).
  4. Your contact information — address, telephone number, email.
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Counter-notices may be submitted to the same designated agent and must contain the elements specified in 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3).

8. Federal copyright registration

Original AHMEEGO works are eligible for registration with the United States Copyright Office. Registration is not required for copyright to attach — copyright protection attaches automatically the moment a work is fixed in tangible form — but registration is a prerequisite to filing an infringement lawsuit and to recovering statutory damages and attorney’s fees (17 U.S.C. §§ 411(a), 412).

Pending registrations

Additional registrations for the AHMEEGO course materials, original blog articles, and AHMEEGO design assets are planned and will be listed here as they are filed.
