The basics
What is the Ahmeego Tracker?
The Ahmeego Tracker is a real-time sales-floor dashboard built on Cloudflare Workers + D1 + Anthropic Claude. It runs as six live demos today — life insurance, real estate, lending, auto dealership, ABA therapy, and ad sales — and is deployed as a custom white-labeled tenant for production customers within 48 hours of intake.
How is it different from HubSpot, Salesforce, or GoHighLevel?
They are general CRMs designed around deals, contacts, and pipelines. The Ahmeego Tracker is a sales-floor production dashboard designed around teams, rankings, and daily coaching. Different categories. Many customers run the tracker next to a general CRM, not instead of one.
How long does setup take?
48 hours from intake form to working dashboard. Hour 0–4 is brand profile configuration. Hour 4–12 is data wiring (GroupMe, Slack, web forms, CRM API). Hour 12–24 is historical backfill plus your white-labeled subdomain. Hour 24–48 is the walkthrough call plus admin training.
Pricing
How much does the Ahmeego Tracker cost?
Starter is $500 setup + $150 per month. Standard is $1,000 + $250 per month. Multi-rooftop is $1,500–2,500 + $400–600 per month. Every plan includes unlimited seats. No contract. See the full pricing page for the math.
Are there per-seat fees?
No. Unlimited seats are included in every plan. A team of 50 pays the same monthly fee as a team of 5 within the same tier. This is the single largest difference vs HubSpot or Salesforce, which charge per seat.
Is there a contract or long-term commitment?
No. Month-to-month, cancel with 30 days notice. The setup fee is non-refundable once configuration starts, but the monthly fee is fully cancelable at any time.
Data, security, and compliance
Can I export my data if I cancel?
Yes. Your D1 database is fully exportable as a SQLite file on request. The export includes every member, message, parsed signal, and metric in your tenant. We do not hold customer data hostage — standard B2B SaaS vendor lock-in does not apply.
Where is the data hosted?
Cloudflare's global edge network. D1 (SQLite) is the database, replicated across Cloudflare's data centers. Customer data is logically isolated per-tenant. No customer data leaves Cloudflare except transient calls to Anthropic Claude for AI-generated insights (My Day, Coach's Pick, Stand-up Script).
Is the tracker HIPAA compliant?
The tracker holds production metrics and activity streams — not Protected Health Information. ABA tenants use it for billable hours, supervision percentages, and goal-mastery rates without putting client PHI into the system. HIPAA exposure is minimized by design. We can sign a BAA on the Multi-rooftop tier if your compliance team requires one.
Is the tracker GLBA compliant for mortgage lenders?
Yes. The tracker holds LO production metrics and pipeline status — not Non-Public Personal Information (NPI). We do not store borrower SSNs, credit reports, or income docs. Lending tenants typically run the tracker alongside Encompass or nCino — Encompass keeps borrower NPI, the tracker keeps the performance layer.
Switching and adoption
Can I switch from HubSpot, Salesforce, or GoHighLevel?
You don't have to. Most customers keep their CRM as system-of-record and use the tracker as their floor-production layer. We can pull data from HubSpot, Salesforce, or GoHighLevel via API (read-only) so the tracker stays in sync without double entry.
Does the tracker work for my industry if it's not one of the six demos?
Probably yes. The engine is industry-agnostic — what changes per vertical is vocabulary, KPI definitions, and accent color. New verticals are quoted at the Custom build tier ($2,500+ setup). If you tell us your KPIs we'll tell you straight whether we're a fit.
Is there a free trial?
The six live demos are the trial — fully populated, no PIN, no signup, no time limit. For your actual data we charge setup upfront because tenant configuration takes engineering hours.
Can I see what it looks like with my data before I pay?
Yes. Submit the intake with a sample (a few weeks of activity), and we will stand up a private preview tenant before invoicing. You see your team's data on a working dashboard before you commit. Common for teams over 20 reps.
What if I don't like it?
Cancel month-to-month with 30 days notice — no questions, no clawback. Setup fee is non-refundable once we've started configuration, but the monthly is fully cancelable. We would rather you cancel cleanly than feel stuck.
Features and integrations
What integrates with the tracker?
Today: GroupMe (webhook), Slack (bot install), generic web-form POST endpoints, HubSpot (API), GoHighLevel (API), Salesforce (API). Coming on Multi-rooftop tier: Encompass, nCino, DealerSocket, VinSolutions, CentralReach, Boostr. Custom integrations quoted on the Custom build tier.
Can I customize the KPIs my team sees?
Yes. The whole product is built around custom KPIs per team. Common customizations: rename ALP to GCI, units, billable hours; change the commission week (Sun-Sat, Wed-Wed, calendar month); exclude hype-people from production rollups; weight metrics differently. Turnaround is days, not weeks.
Is there a mobile app?
Mobile web — responsive and designed for managers checking from the field. No App Store install required. iOS Add-to-Home-Screen produces a native-looking icon. We deliberately avoided a separate mobile codebase to keep the product simple and updates instant.
Can it run on a wall-mounted TV in the BDC or sales floor?
Yes. The Floor view is designed for wall-mounted display — large numbers, ticker style, auto-refresh, no idle timeout. Common deployment: a $50 Chromebox plugged into a 55-inch TV showing live leaderboard and Power Hour status all day.
What does Claude do in the tracker?
Three things. My Day generates a daily morning-coach insight per rep based on recent activity. Coach's Pick highlights which rep needs attention today. Stand-up Script produces a ready-to-read 60-second team huddle script. Each runs on cron, not per-page-view, so usage stays in the $5–$30/month range per tenant.
Can I see who logged in, what they did, when?
Yes. Last-seen-at per user, login activity, and an event log of admin actions (adding/removing reps, editing KPIs, exporting data). Multi-rooftop tier exposes this as a self-serve admin panel. Smaller tiers hand-export the log on request.
Does it work offline?
No. The tracker is live by design — its value comes from real-time data. It does cache recent views in the browser so you can scroll back over a momentary connection drop, but it is not an offline-first product.
Branding, agencies, and partnerships
Can the tracker be white-labeled under our agency's brand?
Yes. Standard and Multi-rooftop tiers include a fully white-labeled subdomain (e.g. tracker.yourdomain.com), your colors, your logo, your owner name. The Ahmeego name does not appear in customer-facing UI on white-labeled tenants.
Can I become a reseller partner?
Yes. Agency-reseller model is a flat-fee per-client setup credit plus a revenue share on the monthly. Best fit for marketing agencies, consultancies, and ops-services firms that want a sales-floor product to add to their stack. Email via the intake form to start the conversation.
The honest stuff
What is NOT included in the tracker?
The tracker is not a CRM, not an email marketing platform, not a phone dialer, not a transaction system. We are deliberately not Salesforce. Customers who need a system-of-record for contacts, deals, or revenue keep their existing CRM and use the tracker as the sales-floor production layer next to it.
What if my team uses Slack or Discord instead of GroupMe?
Both supported. The tracker ingests activity from whichever messaging platform your team uses — GroupMe via webhook, Slack via bot install, Discord via webhook. The parsing logic that extracts production signals runs the same way regardless of source.
Can I see different time windows — quarterly, annually, year-over-year?
Yes in production tenants. Day, Week, Month, Quarter, Year picker with year-over-year comparison. The six public demos currently only show 'This Week' to keep the demo simple, but the Time Window picker is a standard feature on every paid tenant.
Who built this, and why should I trust them?
Built by John Williams of It All Started With A Idea LLC. 15+ years in performance marketing, $350M+ in managed Google Ads spend, conference speaker at Hero Conf. What happens after I submit the intake form?
Within 1 hour: confirmation email + calendar link to schedule the kickoff call. Within 4 hours: triage email confirming industry fit and a recommended tier.
