Mortgage CRM

Mortgage CRM that names the LO who needs coaching this morning.

Total Expert and Surefire are excellent at marketing automation. They're not the screen your branch manager opens at 7:45 a.m. to see funded volume, lock watch, and which LO's pull-through is sliding. Ahmeego is. Live at lending.ahmeego.com.

The KPIs that actually run a mortgage floor

These aren't custom fields. They're the columns that already exist when you open your mortgage demo:

What's built in (no custom-objects required)

Loan pipeline by stage

Application → Disclosure → Processing → UW → CTC → Funded. With age-in-stage, lock expiry, and conditional risk badges.

Lock watch

Locks expiring in 7/14/30 days. Action owner stamped. Floor view flags the risk before extension fees hit.

Realtor partner ledger

Who refers you deals. Top 20 by volume. Last referral stamp. Re-engagement reminders.

AI coaching for branch managers

My Day surfaces stalling apps. Coach's Pick names the LO with the biggest gap from last week. Stand-up script ready by 7:30.

Compliance-aware

No PII exposure in coach views (loan amount + status; borrower names hashed). Audit log of every read/write. Optional SSO.

LO mobile pipeline

On-the-road conditions tracking. Click-to-call to borrower or realtor with local-presence number.

Why generic / adjacent tools fall short for mortgage sales

We don't think these tools are bad — many are excellent at what they do. They just don't show the production picture a floor manager needs at 9 a.m.

ToolWhere it leaves a gap for mortgage teams
Total ExpertBest-in-class marketing automation for the borrower journey. Not built as a daily floor coaching surface for the branch manager. Often used alongside Ahmeego.
Surefire by Black KnightStrong on retention marketing, content engine. Same gap: the production floor view isn't the primary screen.
LendingPad / EncompassThese are LOS systems — origination plumbing. Ahmeego sits one layer above them at the floor-view layer.
Salesforce Financial Services CloudExcellent for enterprise lenders with a 6+ month rollout. Branch-level coaching is not native. Read the full Salesforce comparison.
SpreadsheetsMost branch managers still run a separate spreadsheet for the morning pipeline number — because their LOS doesn't surface it. Ahmeego is the spreadsheet, automated and team-wide.

Pricing for mortgage teams

One flat build fee. Unlimited seats. No per-rep upsell, no "platform tax." Most mortgage teams (5–50 reps) land in the standard tier. See the full breakdown on pricing.

Frequently asked questions — Mortgage

Does Ahmeego replace my LOS (Encompass, LendingPad, Calyx)?

No. Your LOS is the system of record for the loan file. Ahmeego pulls loan data (status, stage, amount, lock, conditions) and presents the production-floor view. Your LO still works the file in the LOS.

Is borrower PII safe?

Yes. Borrower name is hashed in coach/manager views (loan amount, status, stage shown; name visible only to the loan owner). Row-level access by LO/team. Audit log of every read. Optional SSO + 2FA.

Can I migrate from Total Expert / Surefire?

Yes. CSV/API import for contacts, loans, activities, partners as part of the 14-day build. Many lenders keep Total Expert for marketing automation and add Ahmeego for floor view.

How do you handle locks and lock extensions?

Each loan carries lock date + expiration + extension count. Lock Watch surfaces expiring locks on the floor view 14 days out. Extension cost is modeled per LO so the impact on margin is visible.

Does it track realtor partners as a separate CRM module?

Yes. Realtor Partner ledger is first-class — name, brokerage, last referral, lifetime volume, last contact. Surfaces "partners you haven't touched in 60 days" automatically.

What about MLO licensing / NMLS compliance?

NMLS # carried on each LO record. Compliance team can pull "active loans by LO × license state" reports. Per-state staffing visible.

Prefer a 20-minute call?

If a form feels heavy, book a quick call with John instead. We'll talk through what you'd track, your team size, and whether this is a fit — no pitch.
