Insurance CRM that runs on ALP, OTS, and the agency rollup — not "deal stage."
Radius Bob and AgencyBloc handle policy and book management. Neither shows the agency owner the ALP-per-day pace, who hasn't hit OTS this week, or which downline team is slowing — with a Claude-written script for tomorrow's huddle. Ahmeego does. This is where the product started.
The KPIs that actually run a insurance floor
These aren't custom fields. They're the columns that already exist when you open your insurance demo:
- ALP · MTD — Agency, team, and producer rollup.
- OTS · weekly pace — Average per producer, by team.
- Active Members · last 30 days — Who's writing, who isn't.
- Quiet Producers · 3+ days silent — Who needs a check-in before they go cold.
- Power Hour · by team — Sales sprints with leaderboard.
- Product Mix · 30 days — Type, ALP, count.
What's built in (no custom-objects required)
ALP / OTS as first-class metrics
No "deal stage" mapping. ALP and OTS are the columns. Agency rollup matches the way the floor talks.
Agency / team / producer hierarchy
Owner → Agency → Team → Producer. Rollup at any level. Brandon promotes; Taulant runs the agency; the floor sells.
GroupMe activity sync
Cross-post messages, capture reactions, log activity that's already happening in GroupMe — without pinging the team.
Claude coaching tuned for life/health
My Day, Coach's Pick, Stand-up Script. Recognizes burnout patterns, anniversaries, ALP records to break, slowing producers.
Recruiting + roster
Recruit pipeline (yes — kept for insurance). New-producer ramp tracking. Cohort ramp over 12 months.
Hierarchy-aware permissions
Producer sees self. Team lead sees team. Agency owner sees everything. Sub-IMOs roll up correctly.
Why generic / adjacent tools fall short for insurance sales
We don't think these tools are bad — many are excellent at what they do. They just don't show the production picture a floor manager needs at 9 a.m.
| Tool | Where it leaves a gap for insurance teams |
|---|---|
| Radius Bob | Strong on book and policy management. Lighter on daily floor coaching, AI scripting, and agency-rollup rituals. |
| AgencyBloc | AMS-style functionality, good for ops. Production-floor view (ALP pace, OTS, quiet producers) is not the primary surface. |
| Salesforce Financial Services Cloud | Enterprise. 6+ month implementation. Custom objects needed for ALP/OTS. Overkill for a 5–50 agent agency. |
| Goal-tracking spreadsheets + GroupMe | What most life/health agencies actually run. Ahmeego is the spreadsheet plus the GroupMe — automated, scored, and AI-coached. |

Pricing for insurance teams
One flat build fee. Unlimited seats. No per-rep upsell, no "platform tax." Most insurance teams (5–50 reps) land in the standard tier. See the full breakdown on pricing.
Frequently asked questions — Insurance
Is ALP a real KPI you can configure?
Yes. ALP (Annualized Life Premium) is the primary production metric on the insurance demo, with OTS / 3LC pacing, agency rollup, and producer breakouts. We model it from your existing source (carrier portal export, IMO export, or manual entry).
How does GroupMe sync work?
We connect to your existing GroupMe groups (read-only by default), capture messages + reactions + media, and attribute activity to producers. You can also cross-post important messages back if you want — but it's opt-in, not default.
What about Brandon's "hype person" role — does the system know he doesn't close deals?
Yes. The producer hierarchy and individual roles handle this: agency owners, team leads, and "promoters" don't count their celebrations as ALP — they roll up someone else's production. Bane and Summit both run on this logic in production.
Can I track recruiting pipelines?
Yes — recruiting is kept on by default for insurance demos (turned off on other verticals). Cohort ramp, new-producer ramp, hierarchy of sub-IMOs all first-class.
Does it handle agency-week timing (e.g. Wednesday noon to Wednesday noon)?
Yes. We configure the agency's weekly window per agency. Summit (Brandon) runs Wed-noon to Wed-noon. Bane runs Sun–Sat. The system applies the right week boundary for each tenant.
Will my IMO / carrier feeds work?
We accept CSV/API imports from most IMOs (FFL, Symmetry, Equis, Family First Life, etc.). For carriers that allow it, we connect via SFTP or API for nightly production updates.
Prefer a 20-minute call?
If a form feels heavy, book a quick call with John instead. We'll talk through what you'd track, your team size, and whether this is a fit — no pitch.
