What's up? Happy Monday. Got a late start today. Getting to the gym and just going to have meetings, all the things. Right. I got a question. I front squat, I don't know, 300 some odd lb. Back squat 300 some odd pounds. But my front squat is probably 20 25 lbs heavier. I did my back squat. So, when I do box step-ups, right, why is that heavier in the front than when I do box step-ups and I got the barbell on my back? And mind you, it's just 135 lbs. And just for perspective, I did 225 back squats 115 times today um in 30 minutes. Um, so I'm just curious.
Anyways, if you got an answer, happy Monday. I love love love y'all. And man. We all got a lot to be grateful for. Peace and
