Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your Buddy by Ahmeego account and all associated data at any time, either directly in the app or by request. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
Delete in the app (fastest)
- Open the Buddy by Ahmeego app on your iPhone, iPad, or Android device
- Go to the Settings tab
- Scroll down and tap Delete Account
- Confirm by tapping Delete Permanently
Delete by request
Email [email protected] with the subject "Delete my Buddy account" from the email address linked to your account. Requests are processed within 7 days.
What gets deleted
- Your account session and sign-in credentials
- Your email address and profile name
- Saved rules, preferences, and conversation context
- Credit balance records
- The stored authorization linking your Google Ads account (the Google grant is also revoked with Google)
What is kept
- Nothing is retained after deletion. There is no additional retention period.
- If you purchased a subscription through the App Store or Google Play, cancel it separately in your store account settings — app stores manage those billing records, not us.
